Brenda is an AFAA certified personal fitness trainer who has been training for over ten years. She continues her education in the growing and ever changing industry by taking classes in group training, one on one training, youth fitness and more.
Brenda does traditional weight training as well as functional training wither her clients. She knows the importance of having a strong core and balance. She feels that athletes can only go so far with strong arms and legs. She understands and teaches that it takes a strong core to facilitate all of ones potential strength.
Brenda has also worked with local Chiropractors, in helping patients with shoulder and back problem.s Three of her clients have returned strong from back surgery with her guidance. Brenda is married with three children who are all committed to living a healthy lifestyle. She believes fitness is just a way of life in her household. She has trained her two teenagers to complete at the varsity level of lacrosse, football and baseball.
